Yonce and Solo: Muziq and Beatdowns

So Yonce's new video for 'Sweet Dreams' has been leaked...

This is absolutely my favorite song on I Am, so even tho I don't love it, I like it uh-lot and it is waaaaaay better than her last two snoozes (three if you count the boring ass Ego remix video...but I talked about that already).

And since I'm talkin bout Yonce, I guess I betta watch what I say cause her baby sista Solange might try to knock my block off....I giggled as I typed that. Wish a bitch would....

BUT I feel her...I can talk all the shit I want about my sister, but let anybody else say sumtin...I don't give a fluff how true it is either....beware of the left elbow hittin your right jaw. Anyhoo...this is about Solo and her Twatter rant. She said:

"…Sick of people thinking I’m gonna be my sisters enemy. You are FAR out of line.Take your fake “love and healing “somewhere else. Next person who hits me with some negative energy about my sister is gonna get Fox news all over again.Ya hear!

Don’t try to love ME becuz u want 2 be the “anti Beyonce”.I am the “all for” Beyonce. Now kiss both of our Knowles asses if u don’t like it! Call me whatever u want to, but next time I say “yo momma….” don’t flinch. See how u feel. Now back to your regular scheduled programming. I’m back in the booth creating & she is somewhere shutting down a sold out show:) kisses…"

And there you have it. Don't flinch cuz she's comin if you don't watch ya mouf!

Record Deal, Schmecord Deal.

Just as I was bout to write some shit about how the buzz is that Solange done lost her record contract with Geffen and some extra bullshit about how Daddy Matthew sacrificed Kelly - hence her being dropped from Columbia - to some how keep Solo....I learn that Solo done Twittered, as she does more than a crack head hits da pipe, that she wasn't dropped. Actually, her words were:

"stooopiddd iddddiots" rumor control for the day:) I was NOT released from Geffen/Interscope... now back to your regular scheduled program:)
about 4 hours ago from web

I don't know about people being stooopiddd iddddiots. I mean, I know that lots of these rumors stem from some kind of truth BUT I was thinking that even tho Solo's album barely sold 100K, her album was dope and her artsy fartsy groove has been rather on point and I don't think she should be dropped. On the flip side, we all know how gorgeous and talented Kelly is and how she is relatively sabotaged each er'time she gets a chance....Solo actually got a release date that didn't have to get pushed back so her sister's album could come out, she's been getting all kind of show dates, and got to perform on high rated television events cuz her sister did.........as per usual, shit we all know, and I'm not sayin...just sayin.

New Muziq: Mya & Robin Thicke & Solange

Mya has a video for her new song called "Paradise". I happen to like Mya, but it is just more than obvious that her lane is very...well let's just say she is more than talented but she's just missing that star quality. Like for example, this video. Besides the fact that this video looks like I could have made it in my basement, it's a cute song, the video is cute, even a lil zexy but nobody is gonna be talking bout this video, nobody is gonna care about this song, and really, I don't think anybody cares about Mya anymore. What do you think?

Robin Thicke's new video is for his song "Sweetest Love" premiered yesterday and I only love it because one of my girlfriends IS the video. That would be the chocolate hotness that is Jessica White. Good gravy she's scrumptious. Anyway, I'm not a fan of the song. Robin needs a lil power behind his voice with this one. It kinda sounds like air is singing this...if that makes any sense.

Solo's video for T.O.N.Y is pretty serious. She's makin you think with this one. I really like this song...a lot. I love her voice and the instrumental....and the video adds that extra that makes you love it all even more. Enjoy!

Yonce, Solo, Michelle, and Kelly

So I learned little tidbits about our favorite Destiny Chi'ren and the little sister, and I figured I may as well post them all together.

I'll start with Yonce and Solo. So memba I was tellin ya'll how Yonce is bout to conquer da world and part of her world domination is a beyond serious world tour? Well, it looks like baby sis Solo will be on that tour too! (shocker) But here is where it gets interesting..."Reports suggest that following the main show with Beyonce, fans will have access to an official after-party where they can see Solange perform at a smaller venue." Ummmmmm, she can't even be the openin act? She can't even perform on the same stage as Yonce/Sasha Fierce?? I mean she is blood relation. But who knows....maybe a lil Solo after party is just what you need after you done sweated your ass off gettin yourself bodied and tellin mofos to put a ring on it. (I kinda can't wait!) And seriously, don't Kelly and Michelle have albums out too? Couldn't they get some after party or opening act performance time too? I mean, I'm not sayin...but I'm sayin.

Next I had heard that Kelly, whom we've seen recently on vacation wit best friend Serena in Miami but really lives in the UK now because that's where they love her, is possibly dating Ursher. Say what now? Oh yes. The Usher who spent more time proving his love in magazines then actually loving his Jelly Belly -- that Usher. In case you all didn't know, baby #2 is coming next month and Ursher and Jelly Belly are officially dunzo. As we all knew they would be. I mean, what a fuckin waste of time, energy, and album sales. I mean dude wrote a whole paragraph of dedication to his Jelly in his album thank you for no reason. Loser. Shout out to Mitzi Miller for writing the best Ursher article in VIBE -- the only journalist to actually point out how defensive and completely over dramatic Usher is tryin to prove his love for no reason. (Side note...I'm hatin on your calendar right now Mitzi!!!) Anyhoo....I've totally gotten off subject. This is about Destiny Chi'ren. Kelly. Right. So I don't really believe it, BUT if Ursher and Kelly are tryna make love in da club then I love it! That is a gorgeous and talented couple right there. And isn't that what we all really want anyway? We like for our celeb couples to match -- on all levels.

Lastly, Michelle. Poor Michelle. Her album is out now and no one gives two shits. She has a new video and Yonce's videos (both of them) are still the featured videos on Yahoo! Music. You have to search for Michelle's even tho it's new! But can I just say that while I think she looks great -- I love the lilac dress she's wearing in the video and the hair cut looks fab -- this video is BORING as all hell! This song is BORING!! MICHELLE! You are competin with tellin Mofos to put rings on it and being a boy!!!! GET IT TOGETHA! I don't even know what else you could have done for this song in terms of a video but you rollin around in sheets doesn't cut it. Not at all. No, no and no. That firefighter is hot tho. Gospel is callin boo. That's your lane....stay in it.

Sister Act

So I'm watchin Project Runway right (sorry that you haven't gotten any re-caps, but this season bores me- Go Korto!) and I see a new L'oreal commercial, and I hear Solange's 'I Decided' playin and then I see Yonce and Solo too! I think it is great that the Knowles-eses keep the money in the family and Yonce is like, if you want me to do another commercial, you gotta put my sister in it. BUT, Solo is the one that stay tryna distance herself as her own artist and being different from Yonce etc. but she continues to prove otherwise. She needs to admit that she needs her sister to do pretty much a whole lotta everything. I mean, Solange wouldn't be sellin nobody's Feria if Yonce ain't do it first and work out some deal for them to add her sister. And didn't Solo just get an Armani deal? Which she got cuz Yonce does the Armani perfume.

I'm all for family. I'm also all for individuality which is why I was loving Solo, but if your music says one thing like, "Fuck the Industry" then you can't be showin up in your sister's L'oreal commercials. That is the industry boo.

I was only able to find one youtube video of the commercial and thanks to a Beyonce fanatic who taped the commercial off her TV, you can see what I'm talkin bout.

Fashion Rocks!

So we'll get to see all the fun on Tuesday September 9th BUT the taping for the Fashion Rocks event was last night and of course there are pics.

Yonce took the time to promote herself as well as honor Etta James, whom she will be portraying in the upcoming Cadillac Records movie, and I must say...she has Etta down. Stunning. And she sings "At Last" which is one of the most beautiful love songs ever, ever, ever written and even more beautifully sang by Etta. I'm sure Yonce sings the shit out of this song. Looking forward to seeing this.

Of course Yonce couldn't just perform once and then sit her ass down. Nope, she had to sing one more gin. This time with Justin. And um....I just want to know what kind of Tina Knowles golden glitter fish gill creation she got goin on? The Lil Mermaid Does Studio 54. Anyhooo....

Rih Rih keeps it sexy as per alwasy. Who even gives a shit what she's singin or if she's even singing. She's just hot. The sexiest show girl rockin a peacock head piece I've ever seen.

Solo got to sing too! And it looks like Tina Knowles decided to make this dress out of the cartoon section of the Sunday paper. I like the design of the dress tho...and I'm sure she sounds great too.

Chris Brown is jumpin, slidin, and workin it out. I'd be doin all that if I were fuckin Rihanna too.

Mary and Kid Rock perform. Hmmmmmm. Mary looks dope. Her boots are sick. Yet, I'm confused. Does Kid Rock sing? I thought he just screams and looks greasy.

And Mimi. She looks like a grown woman. And she looks fabulous. I can't remember the last time I've seen Mariah look so classy and pretty. Loves it.

Did You Buy Solange's Album?

I've gotten that question more than a few times this week. I mean, if you read da blog, then you would know that I anxiously anticipated Solo's album however, I got caught up and haven't made my way to the store yet. So um, the answer is no. Am I the reason Solo debuted at #9? I'm really surprised. Should I be tho? I mean, I know people don't buy albums like they used to (unless you're one of the millions who bought and continue to buy Lil Wayne's sizzurptastical album) but I thought that Solange was on a roll. I thought she was creating her own spotlight and showin the world something refreshingly new and different. I mean aren't we all about CHANGE right now?

So I ask you, what happenended? Was it Solo's stank attitude? Is it because she really isn't her sister? Is it because she's trying way tooo hard to prove that she isn't her sister? Was it that flamenco lookin orange outfit she wore in her Sandcastle Disco video? I bet that's what da hell it was.

The good thing is that even tho Solo only sold 30,000 copies and that sounds bad, Geffen Records claims that that is better than what they were expecting her to sell. Wait...is that really a good thing? And seriously, the Mama Mia soundtrack that has been on the charts for 8 weeks sold more than Solo. Fuckin Now That's What I Call Country! sold more than Solo.

Then again, maybe at the end of the day, it's not about number of albums sold. Like Solo says, Fuck da Industry! Now as soon as I can my ass to a Best Buy.....

UPDATE: Glennisha Morgan posted Solo's 'apology'....while I still think she needs to simma down just a tad - I do believe that there comes a point where the proof of who you are just is...no need to keep defending or talkin bout what just is - I love me some Solo! Go HERE!

Solo Gets Bout It...

Seems Solange really has no trouble tellin people about themselves. Solo told an anchor woman that her introduction was not professional and don't be talking about her and her family and her brother-in-law's business. See, it seems whatever she was all hyped about wasn't said on air and the anchor lady was rather confused. Anyhoo, they continue the interview but you could tell that Solo really wasn't feelin it and was givin rather tight and short answers. Ya'll know I love me some Solo but even I'm kinda like could you relax a bit Solange? Like we get it. You aren't your sister and we don't want you to be. You are prolly gonna have the number #1 album next week due to all of your media attention and letting the world know that you get drunk and you be fuckin and you'll beat a bitch down if they talk about your sister. However, could you just simma down a bit? Cuz your attitude, while its nice to see that you clearly don't give a fuck and you are free and easy wit it, might be your downfall....and you are still on the slow trek on your come up boo. Let's keep it all in perspective, mkay honey? Luh u bye.

To Watch The Video Click: And is it just me or does Solo talk like she just might have a lil touch of the Downs?

Solo Playin In A Sandcastle....Disco!

I really love Solange's new video for "Sandcastle Disco." She looks so cute, the video of course, is retro and artsy fartsy, and I just think its a fun song. I will say tho, I could have really done without her in that giant tangerine ensemble....she looks like an orange bird of sorts. Almost as if she flapped those ruffles hard enough she would fly off somewhere. Other than that, loves it!

I Think I've Said This More Than A Few Times....But Um, I Decided That I'm Really Lovin' Solange K.

She sounds great, she gives good show, and she didn't have the drunk man shot. She actually danced with him and let him be a fool and have a good time. How can you not love that? Not to mention....Solo, what was that in your cup??? I definitely want some of whatever it is you sippin on boo. Lovin u right now...and I can't believe it. Wasn't too long ago I was starin at you in the Solider video giving you the serious side eye and stank face. And now you're one of my faves. THANK YOU for not givin a fuck and deciding to let the world know who you really are. A real person who knows how to have fun, think outside the box and dare I say, show that you have a sense of damn humor. I love people who realize that er'thing just ain't that damn serious. Let the drunk man stay!!!!!!!!!

Monday Mornin Blah Blah Blah

Mkay. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend that I spent in somewhat of a recuperation mode - which included eating Aaronella's Mac & Cheese (it makes no sense how good that shit is), Popeyes (I only eat white meat but why I was killin some thighs and had about 3 legs too) and floatin in a hot tub high as the Big Dipper. Just what I needed.

Anyhoo...so I expect to do my mornin research and find all kind of good ish I can zusgh on today. And there just isn't anything goin on today. Nothing, actually. I mean, other than Lil Mama lookin beyond extra and fugtastical with her Lil Bo Peep bonnet/Minnie Mouse Bow and her high collar shirt with scraps from her bonnet/bow that would prolly look better on Prince, there just isn't much to discuss. So Lil Mama gets my vote for Daily Fug.

I guess I could talk about the revealing of the Brangelina Twins Knox and Vivienne, but what is there to say? First of all, you can only see one of the babies on their People cover. Which of course was done on purpose, so that you will go buy the magazine so that you can view their 19 page family album and analyze each pic to see which baby looks like who and of course, to see Baby Z givin some side eye. I don't know boutchu, but I plan to. Well, I prolly won't buy the mag but I will be reviewing the entire album at the bookstore as I wait for the train.

I could care less about the shoot out at Jermaine Dupri's party but I will say that I love the best friend trio of Nia Long, Sanaa Lathan and Gabrielle Union. Gorgeousness times three and I love that they stay partyin, stay out and about, stay on their grind and even more importantly they stay friends. Which in Hollywood is hard to do. I would love to just sit and listen to them talk about their men, who stayed tryna be up in their ear on some ol "you must be a parking ticket cuz you got FINE written all over you" wack ass steez, who they saw actin a fool, lookin a mess, which new role they just go offered, the hateration etc. Love them.

Oh and lastly, I did want to mention Solange's song that has made its way all over the net. It is is called Fuck The Industry Signed Sincerely. First of all, I don't even care how the songs sounds, I love the title. I done said I loved this chic and she just keeps giving me reason after reason to continue to rep for Solo HARD. Not to mention, the song is actually rather hot. She starts the song off sayin "I'll never be picture perfect Beyonce..." I mean, let them know Solo! YES, I was the first one to shake my head and call Solo all kinds of stupid asses when she was 17 years old having a baby and gettin married. YES, I was like this lil girl is just starved for attention and since no one cares about her she is gonna pop out a kid and play house. And it pissed me off because I actually knew Solange had some talent. I loved a few songs off of Solo Star, her first album. The only problem is they still had her rockin braids and lookin like she was still a backup dancer for Destiny Child. Didn't nobody want to see that so nobody actually took time to listen. Anyway, as I have said more than a few times, I am so pumped for her album and I am even more excited that she is really steppin up and steppin out into the world as her own person who just happens to be the sister of that B. Good for you, Solo.

So that's my blah blah blah for the day. I feel like tomorrow will be much more stimulating. More thought provoking. Possibly more fug. More fun. Let's hope.

Have a good one bitches!!!

Sol-Angel....August 26th

I love Solange's album cover. The randomness, the artsy-fartsy thing she got goin, the starin off into the distance, and the all out 'you don't know nothin about this' swag is rather dope. Solo has me excited for music. I was just telling one of my friends that I actually have a list of upcoming releases that I can't wait to buy....its been a LONG minute since I've bought anybody's CD let alone been pumped enough to know release dates. Thanks Solange for bringing something fabulous to the table and for giving me something new I can add to Red Presence.

B-Day: Solange

Yonce, other family and friends celebrated Solo's B-day the other day. Word has it that she and Ludacris are dating. I mean, it is a serious upgrade from her ex....if it is true, its a good look Solo! Happy Birthday!

Ummmm, so we now throw up Roc signs on our foreheads? Mkay.

I just decided I don't like Solo's make-up...matter of fact, I don't like any of it. Da hell kind a clip/barrett/center piece is that in her hair?

Yup, I see you Luda, tryna make Jay your brother-in-law. I'm not madatchu.

Just Some Questions....

Who knew that rat piece could blow in the wind?

Solo is workin her cast after breaking her foot...

But um, who told her it was OK to draw her eyebrows on with chalk?

Lil Kim still lookin a lil better than she's been lookin....

But um....fill in the blank: Shouldn't Lil Kim and Boom Boom Kat _____________ because one _____________ and the other got ________________?

New Muziq Video: "I Decided"

Solange's video for "I Decided" has arrived and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! She looks FAB and it is such a creative throw back to the 60's, 70's, 80's and a zugsh to the future! This has to be the hottest ish out right now. Do the damn thing Solo!

BeyonceおよびSoloangeは歴史を作る

Yonce and Solo have made history by becoming the first black celebrities (and sisters) to ever be featured in a campaign for Tokyo fashion firm, Samantha Thavasa. They are promoting the summer 2008 line of hot-pink handbags. Victoria Beckham, Penelope Cruz and Nicky Hilton are past faces of the Sanmantha Thavasa handbag line.

All I can say is, 私はあなたで気違いブーイングではない! すばらしい!

Fabulosity of the Day: Halle & Solange

OK so I couldn't decide who was more fabulous. I mean, of course its Halle shutting it down on all the baby mothas....did she really just have a baby? That woman is just out of control. Just gorgeous.

But then I saw these new promo pics of Solange and I was just like wow, she is not playing this time around. I mean, there isn't anything spectacular about the shots but I think that's what makes them hot. She looks fab. (Especially in that one pic where she is looking very Yonce-ish...can you guess which one?)

Rising Star: Solange

As you all know, I've already decided that I am loving Solange's new song, "I Decided," but I've now decided that I am just loving Solange and am very much anticipating her album, SoL-Angel & the Hadley Street Dreams which is due out August 26th. I can't imagine what it must have been like for Solange...growing up being in the background all the time, constantly being compared to her ever evolving superstar sister, and knowing she was just as talented but where did she fit in? Daddy Knowles' makes her a background dancer, just to keep her involved, and then she releases a solo album that was well received but always viewed as the little sister of the star and she is no where near as talented, as pretty, and should prolly stick to background dancing. I don't think anyone stopped to actually really listen to Solange. Yeah, I liked her one song, but I know I am guilty as charged. I knew she wrote and sang the theme song to "The Proud Family" (which I used to catch er'now and then), and I knew she wrote songs for her sister and DC but I would think to myself, they got Angela Beyince (Yonce' cousin and assistant) in the liner notes as a writer....I'm sure they all added a "Oh boy" in the chorus and now they are all song writers. Must be nice.

When Solange got married and was getting her pregnant belly rubbed in the DC "Solider" video I just shook my head and thought of how she is crying out for attention and still no one gives a shit. People only even care about her son because he is Yonce's nephew. She just kind of dissolves into the background. But not anymore. Solange is stepping out and making a name for herself and I love it. I love that she realizes that she can't do anything about who her sister is and the comparisons and people hating are going to continue no matter what she does. I love that she isn't trying to be her sister and isn't trying to go the radio friendly route. She is going to be Solange, and you either love it or you don't. I love it and I'm proud of her.

Here is a snippet of a song off of her album....hotness: Sandcastle Disco

And what sparked my whole Solange revelation was reading some of her interview with Sister2Sister magazine. She is just so mature, so secure with who she is, and the girl is really talented. I am rooting for her big time!

Solange on Living In Idaho with her ex-husband:

My ex-husband was finishing school there and I was totally down! I loved the thought of going to the country, and it was such a good move for me as a mom because the very first year of my son’s life I had to sit down and focus and not have any distractions–not from work, not from aunts, not from nannies, not from babysitters. So we have a bond that I don’t think could have been there as much maybe if I was in Houston with a thousand aunts and Mom and Dad and everyone there wanting to pitch in. Idaho made me realize that I can be in any environment and survive. (laughs) And I didn’t realize this, as a woman–that I would step up that much to the plate. I literally cooked and cleaned. I definitely was able to be secure in myself with just staying home and doing whatever I needed to do to be a wife and mommy. And in Idaho that’s all I had time to do ’cause there’s nothing else to do.

Solange on if she regrets having a child at the age of 18:

Oh, absolutely not. I have been so blessed, number one, that my son is the coolest kid ever. Of course, that first year of ‘non-sleeping’ and just being dedicated to him had tough parts. But as far as motherhood goes, it’s been a blast for me. A lot of people hear that answer and they have doubts, but when you have a child, I think it takes a really unemotional person not to–no matter what age. And I think that emotional attachment, there’s nothing out of it that someone could regret. I haven’t had an experience where i’ve been blue. I think just the fact that I have so much family and the fact that my son’s father is still involved in his life…I don’t know how (being blue) feels so I can’t really give any advice other than that, as a mother, your goal is always to make sure that your child is the happiest.

Solange on How she was able to keep her personal business (her divorce) out of the limelight:

You don’t hear my sister really speaking about her relationship, and I never really spoke about mine. And I still don’t go into detail about anything, just because I feel like music is definitely our lives–and all of the other career choices that we’ve made. And of course it comes along with the territory, but our personal lives don’t have anything to do with our careers. Just like if anyone worked at a job as a marketing director at a firm, it wouldn’t be in their qualifications to share their personal life, so I don’t feel like I should have to. And that’s something my parents have been really big on instilling in us. I just always try to keep a positive take on life, and I think that’s how I was able to keep my divorce quiet, (laughs) because I was positive and there wasn’t any bitterness and I wasn’t going around badmouthing or trash-talking anyone. I live a very, very low key life. In Idaho, there wasn’t any paparazzi walking around there. And then in Houston it’s the same thing, I go to drop my son off at school at about 10 every day and go to the studio from 10 till 4, and go to dinner or make dinner at home. And that’s pretty much it. I’m going to have to adjust to being back out there when this record comes out.

Solange on Her Album Title and How It Relates To Her Father:

For me, my father– a lot of people don’t know that he came from a really small town, Gadsden, Alabama. He grew up very poor and he had a dream for his life and his family. He beat a lot of odds; he came from a family of 10 and just to see him–hearing the story about him starting off with nothing and building this empire, building his future; it just started off as a dream for him. That’s sort of what this record has been for me. I’ve always wanted to do a record that was organic for me, and that was my dream from day one. I was always scared. I always had pressure from the label or from people to create a certain kind of persona. But with this record, I went to Hadley Street (which is the street where Mathew Knowles Music World organization is located) one day and I wrote this song called Heartbreak after a friend of mine passed away when I was 17. Then that next week I found out I was pregnant. I went to the studio and I just started freestyling with a jazz band, and I came up with a great record and it made me feel things in music that I had never felt before And it was on that street. This record portrays my life. This is the first piece of creative art by me that shows I am woman and i’ve gone through things that women do, and i’ve gone trhough real life situations that don’t involve dancing and partying and dating: ‘Boy, I like you. Do you like me too? I’m feeling you.’ (laughs) So I definitely think that’s portrayed through the record.

Solange on Taking over Her Father’s Empire in Five Years:

My father has always wanted Music World to stay in the family. This was something he started from in an extra bedroom in our house, and now, on Hadley Street, he has 30 employees all over the United States and London. It’s very important for him to keep that legacy within, and i’ve always been the one out of all us girls wanting to go to the office, wanting to sit in A&R meetings, wanting to research marketing and keep up with the industry, so naturally my father has always said, ‘When I want to retire, you’d better run my company well.’ I’d love, love to run Music World one day. My only fear is that is it’s really hard to run a label when you have such an artistic ear…My father thinks he’s going to retire at 60, which is where the five years come into play, but I seriously doubt it.

I Decided I'm Lovin' I Decided

While everyone is all caught up in Yonce's nuptials, her lil sister is still trying to make a name for herself in her own right -- and not just being the lil sister who had a baby and quickie marriage at the age of 17 to get some attention. (Damn Jamie Lynn stole Solange's entire 'attention-deprived-I'll-just-have-a-baby-and-get-married-and-someone-will-pay-attention-to-me-little-sister' swag)

Anyway...as Yonce mentioned recently, Solonage has a new song out called "I Decided" and I had to listen to it a few times but I love this song!! It is so not typical and actually has instrumentation and not just your usual over produced beat with a voice box. This makes two songs from Solange that I love...was I the only one who loved "Feelin You" from her Solor Star album? In any case, she's getting her grown woman on and creating her own identity. Me likey.

Instead of a link to the song, I decided to provide a YouTube visual display to "I Decided"...

The Fourth Wheel Speaks....

Essence.com interviewed Soloange Knowles aka the one that always be doin too much and never has no purpose and almost bust her ass while back up dancing at the BET awards and then jumped out of the shoot thing at the end for no reason. But trust and believe, if my sister was Beyonce, hell yeah somebody betta make a fourth tube for me to shoot out of and watch me pop it, lock it, and get a bitch bodied!

Anyway, so Solo provides us with some in case you didn't know details. For one thing, she and Daniel are no longer married and they met when she was 13 and he was in high school and were together for 7 years. She also talks about how she landed the deal with Wal-Mart to do the Baby Jamz toy line and how she has a publishing deal with EMI that keeps her rather busy. Oh and she co-wrote "UpGrade U" and "Get Me Bodied" and she pretty much wrote all of her new album with the exception of a song with Bilal, Q-Tip and Marsha A. from Floetry.
