New Jersey is Ready to Apologize for Slavery!

So how great is it that New Jersey is on the verge of becoming the first northern state to apologize for slavery. Being that I rep Jerz, I can't help but be proud that my little Garden State is tryna make it do wut it do and say sorry for murdering, raping, whipping, hanging, hog tying, burning, breeding, starving, tearing apart families, mentally destructing, spiritually breaking, emotionally torturing -- I could be here for days -- the black people they enslaved and used their labor to get rich off of.

The resolution, which is to be discussed in a state Assembly committee on Thursday, expresses "profound regret" for the state's role in slavery and apologizes for the wrongs inflicted by slavery in the U.S.

However, and of course, there are some white mofos who think its pointless. Surprise, fuckin surprise. This rat bastard says:
"But, on a current note, if slavery was the price that a modern American's ancestors had to pay in order to make one an American, one should get down on one's knees every single day and thank the Lord that such price was paid," Carroll said.

Did he really say one should get on down on their knees and thank the Lord our ancestors were stolen from their homes in Africa and physically and mentally enslaved????!!! Give me strength....the sad part is, he most truly believes that. He really thinks we should be happy that we don't have to live in Africa because America is just so fuckin great and what great lives we have now thanks to slavery. No where in his brain does it tell him that no living soul on earth should ever have to pay such a price for anything. How does another human being have the right to take the life of another human being or remove him from his country and his family and force him to believe that he is lower than the shit coming out of your ass? I can't. It is so hard to cuss out the mentally challenged.

Another jackass says:
"Who living today is guilty of slave holding and thus capable of apologizing for the offense?" asked Republican Assemblyman Richard Merkt. "And who living today is a former slave and thus capable of accepting the apology? So how is a real apology even remotely possible, much less meaningful, given the long absence of both oppressor and victim?"

Seriously, why Lord??? This is just another reason why we'll never be equal. We'll always be segregated mentally and white people still have the power to do as they please and keep us where they want us. They truly believe that slavery was a good thing and it shouldn't matter now.

Oh but you just wait until my black man is running this country cracka ass honkeys!
