Da Baby Mandigo Has Arrived...

UPDATE: His name is Kenzo Lee Hounsou. Hot name for a hot mandigo baby. LOVES IT!!!

And as happy as I am, I'm giving Kimora Lee da crooked eye. WHY?! Because she took a most joyous and amazing occasion and Twittered it! UGH! How many times do I have to tell people that you ain't Erykah and your baby ain't Twitty Milk?!! But I digress....Baby Mandigo is here!

E! News can confirm that Simmons and her partner, actor Djimon Hounsou, are now proud parents. Says her rep, "Kimora and Djimon's son was born Saturday morning, May 30th."

Kimora Lee Has A Baby Shower!

How excited are you to see the offspring of Kimora Lee and Djimon Hounsou? I cannot wait! Ya'll know how much I LOVE me some Ming and Aoki who are beautiful and have a father who, well, isn't the cutest kid in the class. So can you imagine what KiKi and the Chocolate Andonis' baby gonna look like? Gorgeous! Then again, I have learned that two hots don't always = hot. Sometimes two hots = fug. Sometimes two hots = hot. Many times, two fugs = hot. But the norm is a hot + fug = hot or fug. Look at your parents and do the math.

Anyway, Kimora Lee and Djimon are both very excited about their new baby.

"...with a “last minute, low key” baby shower April 19th, less than two months before she’s due to deliver her third child. “I’m about to have a baby,” the 33-year-old guest of honor exclaimed. Clad in blue, Kimora said that although she’s not 100% certain about the baby’s sex, she and partner Djimon Hounsou are “leaning heavily towards the blue team!” Already mom to Ming Lee, 9, and Aoki Lee, 6 ½, Kimora says her bump is decidedly different this time around.

“With the girls I was wider in the belly. Now I’m narrower, but if I turn sideways I can’t fit through the door!”

Guests — including Holly Robinson Peete and Stevie Wonder – dined on delicacies like shrimp caviar and poached salmon, along with comfort foods like macaroni and cheese and a fondue fountain with chocolate, fruit and marshmallows, all from the Beverly Hills Hotel. Kimora’s influence was evident throughout the menu. “I was very involved with the food because I’m a greedy pregnant girl,” she explains. “I’ve been eating a lot of spicy food. I put jalapeños in everything!”

Also on hand was dad-to-be, who is anxiously anticipating the arrival of his first child. “Djimon is a spiritual person, and it’s a big deal for him to have a baby,” Kimora says. “When he first saw the heartbeat at the ultrasound, he said he felt very humbled.” Ming and Aoki — who “don’t quite get the birds and the bees,” and instead think that they are responsible for what’s growing in mommy’s belly — are looking forward to becoming big sisters, as well.

“The girls love being princesses. They love fashion and being girly. The girls say, ‘We’re going to dress the baby up!’ Djimon’s like, ‘No, you’re not going to be pinning tulle to the boy!’”

Da Recession Hits Fashion Week

So if you're anything like me, you really don't care about NY Fashion Week unless its regarding an invite to an after party and a swag bag. (Geoffrey, take a breath and smile....I know its your life...ehay-ay-ay :) However, the one show that I take any interest in because it is always the most fabulous and the most fun is the Baby Phat show. My BFF and mother to my god-children in my head, Kimora Lee, has not actually cancelled BUT she is scaling the show down quite a bit and making it for buyers and best friends only. HEY! That means I should be going!! I keed...but seriously, ya'll just wait. Anyhoooo....here is what KiKi sayz:

"Now’s not the time to be running all over and flaunting the money that we don’t have,” Ms. Simmons says. “Now’s not the time to have all these people come to the show who are coming because they’re your best friends — the people who need to be there are the buyers who need to see the clothes, the editors.”

“It’s going to be small, intimate” she says, describing it as a quick “have a drink, thank you, I salute you, but OK, now we have to go home” affair."

Makes sense to me KiKi. Cuz you know I wouldn't be buying shit. I would be there just to play with Ming and Aoki Lee and talk about what we're gonna name their new baby brother. YES, I believe it is going to be a boy!!!

Kimora Lee isn't the only designer to scale down and we're lucky she's even having a show. Vera Wang, Betsey Johnson, Monique Lhuillier, Carmen Marc Valvo and Naeem Khan have decided not to show at the tents this season. Sounds like Fashion Week is gonna be wackadocious.

Yes indeed ya'll....Da Cession iz hittin er'body. It ain't right MAN!!!

Kimora Lee: Fabulously Preggers

I was hoping that Kimora would confirm her pregnancy with People mag or something but I guess she's letting people come to their own conclusions....and since she was out and about belly out, I just had to post. I cannot wait to see this baby! I really hope it's a boy so it can be an Adonis like his daddy. Anyhooo, congrats Kimora!!!

Kimora, Ming, & Aoki Create Sweetness!

My three favorite girls, Kimora, Ming and My Aoki, were at my favorite Ice Cream shop - Coldstone Creamery - to create two new ice cream flavors that will be served at the Baby Phat/KLS 10th Anniversary Fashion Show taking place on September 12.

Ming's ice cream flavor is banana ice cream with fudge and yellow cake. Sounds tasty right? Aoki got straight up sugar happy and zsughsed some cotton candy ice cream, strawberry ice cream wit gummy bears, sprinkles, and white chocolate chips. Even I can't eat that. I needs my teefus. Yours are still fallin out, so its all good baby girl. Eat that cotton candy, strawberry, gummy bear, sprinkles, white chocolate chip concoction til your stomach hurts!

What do you usually get when you go to Coldstone? I get the "Nella" (created by my GBFF that you've all met if you listen to The F.U. Hour) which is Cake Batter Ice Cream, Brownies, Caramel and a lil zsugsh of Pecans. I could eat a large one of those er'day. Seriously. Yuuuuuum. Dammit, now I got get my ass to a Coldstone.

How Can U Not Love Kimora?!

So Kimora is flying American Airlines - as opposed to her private plane - and she shows up at LAX and is not happy. First, they have dogs sniffin her car...yup, that would be the drug dogs. Then Ming, Aoki and about a hundred other people and her two dogs all get out the car and head for the First Class line at American. Kimora clearly doesn't wait in line -- especially not with the common folk -- and she says something like "I was trying to be good the environment and fly commercial but American doesn't know how to treat people so don't fly American."

I totally feel you KiKi! I mean, I don't know what they did to you but it doesn't even matter. If you say they don't know how to treat people then they don't know how to treat people. I mean when you have tons of luggage, dogs, kids, and who knows how many people to accommodate they need to step their damn game up and make sure that you are taken care of! How dare they! Even better, I love that you care about our environment and chose not to fly the private plane. However, I don't think you can handle commerical. I think the environment is fucked up enough that its fine for you to continue to take you and your entourage on your plane. No worries. Love you boo!

Life In The Fab Lane: It All Ends Fabulously

So as I mentioned before, due to my hectic schedule and fun times, I've been slippin on my Life in the Fab Lane viewing and re-caps. So, since tonite was the season finale, I had to watch and see how Kimora wraps up a fun season. In this final episode, KiKi is searching for two things: a puppy and a dress for the Costume Institute Gala at the MET.

After Kimora's baby Zoe died, she thought it was time to get the girls a puppy and teach them a bit of responsibility. When Kimora talked about Zoe and got all choked up I knew exactly how she felt, because she had Zoe since she was a teenager and Zoe was her baby and friend forever. I got my dog when I was 13 and she died recently and it was honestly like losing my best friend and my sister. Even when knowing that they are old and its their time, it just doesn't make it any easier. Anyway....Kimora, in typical style has Christopher go looking for the puppy. You know, like instead of having the girls go and pick out a dog, they just tell Christopher the kind of dog they want -- a black and white, female, teacup Pomeranian -- and Christopher just needs to find the one they want.

Meanwhile, Kimora goes to fabulous gown maker Kevin Hall to find her dress for the Gala. She wants something extra fabulous and extraordinary because, well it is the Costume Gala at the MET. So after trying on a few dresses she tries on the colorful African print dress that she looked fabulous in. At the time, she wasn't exactly sure it was the one, but she takes it because she does love it.

So while Kimora is still deciding on her dress, Christopher is going to every puppy shop in L.A. looking for the specific dog that KiKi and the girls wanted. These puppies were soooooo cute. I mean, I wanted all of them...and so did Christopher but he knew he couldn't bring back nothing that wasn't exactly what Kimora wanted.

Kimora took the girls to Pinkberry to discuss what their responsibilities would be as puppy parents. While Kimora is talkin Ming and Aoki are only worried about their frozen yogurt and Fruity Pebbles and not payin her no kind of attention. So Kimora says who is going to clean up the poopie? Aoki says, Ming. And Kimora says, Aoki what are you going to do? Aoki says, love it, hug it and kiss it. So Kimora creates a contract which she has both girls sign to make sure they know that they are going to be held responsible. I love that! KiKi is grooming her girls to be about the business. Fabulous!

Next Kimora has her friend Andre Leon Talley come and approve of her dress. He gives his seal of approval and has the NERVE to say, "She is going to look spectacular because I never make a mistake." Oh really, Andre? Mkay boo, you believe that if you want to. Anyhoo..Kimora is thrilled because she has her dress and even better, Christopher finds the exact dog that the girls want. She really is a cute tiny lil thing and the people who currently own her, bring her so KiKi and the girls can meet her. They love her and Simba, Kimora's other baby loves her too. So yay, they'll take her. They tell the people they will pick her up after they get back from NY.

So its the night of the Gala and Kimora looks fabulous and Christopher gets a call from the puppy owner and they say they have decided to keep her. Kimora is basically like oh hell no, I have two little girls that want that puppy, she's ours, handle it. So Kimora goes off to the Gala and she said it was fun and fabulous but the whole time she was thinking about whether or not they were going to get the puppy. And of course they do...and Aoki says, let's name her "make-up" or "jewelry"....is this girl Kimora's daughter or what?! They decide to the name the baby Suki. Welcome to the family, Suki....lucky bitch.

I've had so much fun with Kimora, Ming and Aoki! I'm sad the season is over but I'm hoping there is another season in the works. Maybe next season will be all about Kimora's maybe or maybe not engagement to Djimon.

I Got An Email...

Asking why I didn't talk about the MTV Movie Awards (and where have my Life in the Fab Lane recaps been). Well for one, the MTV Movie Awards were BORING (at least the little bit of it that I managed to catch of the re-run. Me and my boo Rih had the same expression on our faces the whole time...*deadpan*...*crickets*...*why the fuck am I here watchin this bullshit?*....

She at least had to be there because Chris Brown performed and you know, you have to support your man...I on the other hand, had no reason and proceeded to eat my tuna straight out the can. Which was way more enjoyable....

As for my KiKi recaps....I suck. Yes, I know. I have to tell you tho, that it gives me heart palps that you actually keep up with them. The problem is, I've been happily busy. And I've been missing episodes and don't even have time rezugsh them on the tivo...I mean once I do, its already time for the next ep that I done missed...and well, you get my point.

I can tell you that I saw a portion of one episode (maybe it was from this past Sunday) where Kimora is trying to lose weight and her trainer shows her how to make healthy alternatives (french toast: wheat bread, a sprinkle of egg beaters on top, a dash of cinnamon and put it in the toaster oven) and how to work out. KiKi does not like either but she decides to stick with it. She tries to show Ming Lee and Aoki Lee the rewards to being healthy. She takes the girls to Jamba Juice. I LOVE Jamba Juice. It is a health smoothie shop. My fave is the Caribbean Passion. YUM-EE! Anyway...they also have Wheatgrass shots. Ming wanted a muffin and KiKi said she would let her have a muffin if she had a shot. Of course Aoki is like I'll have a shot! Matter of fact, I'll have two shots! Ming is lookin like, just hell no! Aoki (my baby!!) takes those shots like the champ she is. Ming is strugglin but finally gets it down. Kimora is like you did it Mingy and tries to give her a hug and Ming shakes her head, gives the don't touch me shrug and proceeds to sip something real seriously from a straw...I guess to rid herself of the wheatgrassy nastiness.

So all that to say...sometimes I just don't feel like posting about stuff I don't care about and sometimes I just miss it and I can't. Either way, you know I try to make it do wut it do on a regula.

Luh ya'll!! Much love to BG for keepin me on my toes!

Life In The Fab Lane: Fabulously Green

Kimora is staying at her home away from home, The Four Seasons, while her fantabulous Beverly Hills mansion is worked on. Kimora is in L.A. to shoot her commercial for her fragrance, Fabulosity. Kimora wants the commercial to include a private jet, an Italian villa, a Rolls Royce...you know everything that represents Kinmora and how beyond fabulous she is. Ming and Aoki are of course, is what's most important and the girls will pop up in the commercial as well.

Anyway, James takes the lead and make sure Kimora gets what she wants. Even having to tell the commercial director that Kimora in some Louboutins is taller than one of the private planes he showed him and gave him a full out "aw hell to the no" when he showed him a house that was nothing like the Italian villa commercial that Kimora wants or deserves. James also has to deal with the fact that it is raining in L.A. and the shoot is outside and Kimora pretended she wouldn't shoot in the rain. What is James going to do?

In the mean time, Kimora saw James driving around in an Hybrid and decides she wants to Go Green. She meets with a Green Consultant to find out how big her Carbon foot print is....and it's huge. The average foot print is 7.5 and Kimora's is like high 20's. So she decides to make some changes....buying organic, buying those special light bulbs, having a raw meal etc. When she gets home, she talks to Ming and Aoki about recycling and Aoki is just as smart as it gets. She knew exactly what recycling meant and she knew all about what it meant to go Green. Just soooo cah-ute!

Luckily for James and Kimora, Kimora is willing to shoot in the rain and the sun even comes out a little bit. The shoot goes fabulously and all is well. During the launch party for the fragrance, everyone got to see the commercial for the first time and it's a success. It's fabulous.

Kimora and the girls also continue goin Green by planting a tree. Fun times.

Life In The Fab Lane: I'm Not Bruce Springsteen

So this week's fabulous episode begins with a most fab photo shoot with Kimora, Ming and Aoki. Kimora, of course, giving Aoki a few model pointers. You know Aoki is all over the top with it...booty out, serious lip pout, and the legs crossed with the grabbing of the knees. The three of them are just ridiculous cute.

Anyhoo, the focus is on Kimora and her speaking engagement for Market America, in which Kimora is launching her Fabulosity cosmetics line. She has to do this speaking engagement in Miami for the Market America annual conference in front of 30,000 people. As we know from last season, Kimora doesn't do public speaking -- let alone in front of 30,000+ people. So she is fretting over that and is like oh hell no...she is not Bruce Springsteen. She doesn't have choreography, she doesn't sing...all that extra is not a good look.

Then as they are going over Kimora's schedule, she's in Miami and then she's back in NY and oh, what is this? Russell's birthday is this weekend? And it's not just any birthday, it's his 50th. We must throw a party. In 6 days. And Kimora wants Patti LaBelle to sing Happy Birthday. So while Kimora is in Miami, BJ Coleman must get it done. (And just in case anyone believes that they planned this million dollar bash, with a 16 ft tall Buddah, got the many A-list celebrities to RSVP for this party in a matter of days....you might have Assbergers.)

So back to the speaking engagement. It is time to leave for Miami and Kimora is running late as per usual. She gets it together, has everything she needs, and she's in her car and she says "lotion, children, dogs, purse, peace." I friggin LOVE her. So once in Miami, as she is preppin, she lets Ming and Aoki test out the make-up....yeah. Aoki basically paints Ming's whole face bright pink and puts some creamy white lipstick on. Ming at least kept Aoki's make-up to a minimum-ish and hit up the parts of the face where pink make-up should go. They are just too much. A mess but simply adorable.

So now its time for Kimora to speak on it. She even wrote notes on her hand because she is nervous. When she sees the crowd she is just like NO and NO. Am I really supposed to go out there like I'm Michael Jackson? And for real, the crowd was serious. But, Kimora went out and did the damn thing. She sold her Fabulosity and talked about each product, the switch in lip glosses, the tasty shimmer stuff that if someone so happens to lick, it will taste good. Great job, KiKi! So check on the speaking engagement.

Now back home to get ready for Russell's 50 & Fabulous extravaganza. At this point, BJ has met with Kimora's go-to event planner (still pretending they only have days to get it all together) but everything is a go. Kimora has made sure that BJ called all 500 guest to make sure they know that it is a surprise and they can't be doin the celebrity stroll in when you want to. And Patti, is available, surprise.

Anyhoo...day of party, Kimora is trying on dresses and they won't zip. Sample sizes just don't really fit after two babies and other stuff. However, there is this fabulous black and white bedazzled dress that she didn't wear years ago because it was too big....well now it fits and she looks amazing. Ming doesn't like her dress because it is too tight. They fix it but Ming says she can't wear this. Kimora tells her that it isn't always about her. "It isn't always about Mommy...(deep breath) although it should be. But tonight is about Daddy." Ming gets over it and wears her cute little dress. And the baby curls are back.

At the party, at first no one is showing up. Then the celebs come one after another and then Russell comes and he is really surprised. Patti sings, L.L. Cool J. performs and the girls give Russell these pictures they painted. The party looks like best birthday ever. Check on 50 and Fabulous!

Costume Institute Gala At The MET

Last night's Costume Institute Gala brought out the A-Listers and their fashion A game....altho some ensembles were a lil costumey (Yes you Zoe K., with your green velvet window treatment dress with the boa and tassel), I'm assuming that was going with the theme of the evening. My girlfriend Eva M. was beautiful as always, but I have to say that Eva L. was killin it in that purple ruffle number. My favorite, however, is the beyond gorgeous for words Iman in her fabulous red dress with the corset and jewelz at the hip. (For real fashion terms please visit Elle. Thanks.)

Life In The Fab Lane: Put That In Your Pipe & Smoke It

Sooooo, last night's episode of Kimora's Life in the Fab Lane was pretty much the ending we all expected...(I mean since this show was done months ago etc...)there was still tension and bubble guts because the men's clothes still hadn't come in from China, BJ still didn't have a confirmed celebrity guest list for the front row, and Kimora still didn't have a dress to wear for her finale strut.

Kimora creates a to-do list on her hand (the blackberry is no longer necessary when you have a hand and a pen) and as people run around in a furious hurry to get things perfect, Kimora needs to be sure to check everything off of her list.

The day before the show, the men clothes arrive from China and Sandra is so excited she is 'cackling like a witch' and that means that male models have to be booked STAT. Kimora has the male models walk for her...and the chocolate one that she said was cute was FINE. He was adorable. Actually, they all were. Check and check on the male models. Crossed off the hand.

Jerome is still trying to figure out what to do about Kimora's dress. Since she didn't like what he made for her, he had to pull things off the rack. Everything he showed her, she was like no, no, no and then he showed her a dress and said they were going to add some feathers to it and then she said, 'now that I'll take my clothes off for'....ok so she likes that dress, it will work but it needs serious alterations. Check and check on the dress. Crossed of the hand. Now she must and eat and go home. Check and check.

The day of the show, Ming Lee is getting her natural, gorgeous, baby curls blown out. Kimora explains to her that if she gets her hair blown out, she cannot get it wet. There are rules to have blown out hair. And since she is old enough to get her hair blown out she is old enough to have more chores. So Ming is now on dishes duty (somehow, I don't see that really happening but I love Kimora for putting it out there). Aoki says, well Mom, since we have to raise money for the book fair, then I should do dishes too so you can give us money and we can raise money. Kimora says ok, you do dishes, I'll give you money. Aoki gives her mom the smile and nod. Check and check on the raising money for the book fair (that came from Aoki left wing) and chores getting done. But back to the baby hair being blown out...

So Ming is getting her hair blown out and Kimora can't take it. She is in tears because she is seeing her little girl grow up. Her hair blown out is literally down to her ass. Ming asked Kimora when she first got her hair blown and Kimora said 'I was 13! 13 years old on the runways in in Paris' and my baby is 8 years old. Soon she'll be 18 and leaving me. She ask Ming will she live with her forever and Ming gives her the nice crooked eye...like ummmmmmmm, I plead the 5th.

So now its time to get dress. Jerome brings the dress with the alterations but it still doesn't fit right. Kimora is like I'm gonna be walking to down the runway nekkid! Jerome is still tryna make it do wut it do wit the dress. More alterations! They get to the show. Christina Milan, Joss Stone, Perez Hilton (who Kimora asks if he's gonna watch the show and he says, yes, and she says good but don't be talking no mess!) and Tyra banks were some of the celebrities that filled the front row. So BJ was pleased. The show went off without a hitch. The men's looks were actually really hot. The show looked great. Then KiKi and the girls come down for the finale. I still didn't like Aoki's outfit but I think Jerome fixed the collar and added something on it to make it look better. However they all looked fabulous and Ming's long ass hair was just swayin.

All is well that ends well. Check and check.

Life in the Fab Lane: One Baby Toof Don't Stop the Show!

Last night's episode of Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane was part 1 of the drama that is preparing for Fashion Week. This Fashion Week, in particular, is a little more crazy than normal because it is the first time that Phat Farm and Baby Phat are showing together in one collection. Let the drama ensue...

Sandra is responsible for making sure that the new men's clothes are ready to go -- there is just one lil problem -- the clothes are being made in China and days before the show the clothes are no where to be found. See, KiKi, that's what you get for sending your shit to a third world country. You know somebody in West Bubba Alabama would have been more than happy to sew your shit.

BJ Coleman (Celeb publicist) is responsible for making sure the whole front row is packed with celebs...he wanted Tyra, Amerie, Joss Stone...even Perez Hilton (even stating that Perez lives in L.A. and he prolly won't come but invite him anyway.....REALLY???? Perez is really that bitch...slap my face and call me silly for not knowing) -- there is just one lil problem -- Amerie is the only celeb who shows up to be styled for the show which means that she is the only one who is for sure coming. See now.... of course Amerie is gonna show up! What else she got to do? And not to mention, that black trench she was trying on was CUTE...I mean, of course she is gonna get her some free clothes. She's on the verge of becoming D list...she's very C- right now....very C-. All that to say, it is days before the show and if Amerie is the only celeb you got reppin your front row, then there is a serious problem.

James and Miss J Alexander are handling the model casting. Those two have everything under control. James even got up to show a model or two how its done. Miss J told one bitch she looked like she was going to buy a loaf of bread. HA! There was another one whose walk was right on par with that crazy bitch Lauren who just got kicked off ANTM. Clearly, she didn't make the cut. BUT even with the model casting under control -- there is just one lil problem -- no men models can be cast because the men clothes are still in China! Miss J comes up with the idea to have the men walk with in their draws, socks and suspenders. Yup. That's the plan B. Riiiight.

While all of this drama is going on, Kimora has to shut everybody down because Aoki Lee has a tooth ache. She has a cavity. They go to the dentist right away. While Aoki's toofus is all hurt, Ming is steady biting into the biggest apple she could find. Lookin at her sister like, too bad for you. Then Aoki says "Ming, will you go in with me and stay with me?" Ming takes another bite of her apple and is like, "aiight"....Aoki cheers with happiness! YES! So once in the dentist chair, Aoki gets her some laughing gas and she's good to go. No problems there. Check on the baby toofus!

Jerome, Baby Phat designer, is responsible for making Kimora's dress for the show as well as Ming and Aoki's finale dresses. Oh Jerome. Jerome. Jerome, Jerome, Jerome. First, his perm is poppin. His front swoop gets me every time. Second, he brings the sketches over to Kimora's house for Kimora and the girls to see. Right of the bat Ming is like, nope, I want something different. Then Aoki does her own sketch and Jerome starts laughing, and Ming gives him the crooked eye and says "Don't laugh at my sister's sketch!" HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THESE TWO?!!! Ming will bust your lip if you fuck wit her sister. Loves it. Anyway, Jerome comes up with sketches that everyone is happy with. Except there is one lil problem.....Jerome goes to the fabric shop and the seamstress without his sketches and his swatches!!! JEROME! So he had to try and sketch everything from memory and picked a fabric for Aoki's dress that she did not want. She wanted RED and he picked some lime green shit. Really, Jerome? What is goin on in your life? Then, Kimora's dress takes forever to come from being made in L.A. and when it finally comes and he gets Ming and Aoki's dresses he takes them to them ladies.....Ming's dress, it works check. Aoki's dress....hell and to the naw! It looked very similar to Ming's except the collar and ruffle stuff looked way bigger and the lime green color looked like she was peddlin 7Up. Not to mention, Aoki wanted RED! No and No! Then KiKi tries her dress on and is NOT happy. Jerome, your job depends on this shit. Fix it!

We are left with Jerome looking like he has nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, diarrea! Can't wait for next week!!

Life In The Fab Lane: All Rise!

So last night was the premiere of season 2 of Life in the Fab Lane and it was, well fabulous, of course!! Many things have changed for Kimora...she is now Creative Director of Phat everything, she promoted Sandra to Brand Manager (no longer her personal assistant), and her babies are growing up.

This episode begins with Kimora trying to find something to wear to work...Ming and Aoki give their fashion forward opinions and tell Mommy to put on some Baby Phat jeans and a Chanel sweater....Kimora's new assistant (who is not permanent as of yet) tells Kimora that she looks good and Kimora says, a blind man can see that this doesn't look good. The new girl is still learning the ropes....but how do you tell Kimora she doesn't look good?

At the office, Kimora is sure to let everyone know that there is a "new sheriff in town" and she's running shit. Then someone is on their blackberry during the meeting and she tells them how rude that is. Then of course, proceeds to respond to an email on her blackberry. LOVE.IT. In another meeting Russell pops on by for no reason. Wouldn't it be great if you could marry someone that helps to turn you into a mogul and then when you are done you move on and find you a hot Mandingo warrior but still be friends with your ex?? Life in the fab lane indeed. Kimora is the shizz. It just doens't get any better.

Oh but wait it does...cuz she's the best mommy ever too! The next big thing is Ming Lee's 8th birthday party! Ming says she wants a camping themed party and Kimora enlists the help of Sandra...no longer the personal assistant but still party planning, while trying to juggle deadlines for her work in her new position. Sandra spends time trying to find entertaintment....there was some black guy doing bootleg ass magic with some newspaper, a contorsionist who can fit in a tennis racket, and some lady with balloons. She picked the face painting lady, which was a good call. My cousin had a face painter lady at her daughter's 5th birthday and it was great! The kids love that stuff!! Anyway....Ming's party is so fabulous! The indoor pool was turned into a tropical forest and the family room (or one of those rooms) was turned into a full on camp ground with fake fire, tents, and sleeping bags (kind of but not really). The kids all wore "Camp Ming Lee" t-shirts and it was clear they were having the best time ever!

And of course, Aoki was involved in every detail. She made sure to taste every single last piece of cake at the cake tasting. When everybody was done tasting, Aoki was still at the table grubbin. That would be me. I love that little girl. Seriously. Anyway, the cake was made in an image of Ming by cake maker extraordinaire Sylvia Weinstock...the cake really looked like Dora the Explorer but who cares, that cake looked good as hell! Before they cut they cake, Aoki presented Ming with the fairy princess she painted for Ming at 'Color Me Mine'....so precious. Can I just tell ya'll that two of my best friends took me to Color Me Mine for my birthday -- no they did not just paint a princess for me and give it to me, I had to paint my own shit. And it is the most fugly piece of shit ever. Like why? It started out good. Thought I had some good colors poppin...then it got fugly. Like I had to go putting dots on there, then I had to write my name and my paintbrush wasn't writing how I wanted it to...it's a mess of art. But I love it. And I thought Aoki's princess was hot too...brown and pretty just like them.

So to end the party, Sandra got some lil group called 'The Clique Girlz' to perform for Ming in their big ass theater in their house. Ming loved it! All the girls were jumping around dancing and stuff. Yeah um.....that is what I call a Happy Birthday for the fabulous!

Feelin All Warm & Fuzzy...

Guys, I don't know what it is. Maybe its because Spring has finally sprung or maybe its because Grey Goose really does a body good. Whatever it is, I'm feeling fab just like KiKi Lee and my babies playing in a mound of Hello Kitty plush toys. Just loving life!

I'm feeling like how Toccara looks rockin dat kini. She looks amazing!

I'm not feeling good enough to write letters to help rescue Remy Ma. The sun ain't shining that brightly. But um, someone thinks that there are enough people out there willing to take the time to save someone who shot her friend in the face for no damn reason. "Please write letters about how Remy and her music has positively affected you, influenced you, inspired you, etc. In hopes that the judge will be lenient in Remy's upcoming sentencing." But if you feel like helping get that silly goose out of jail, email lettersforremy@gmail.com. My vote is to let her stay and marinate on that. Maybe she and Foxy can be friends and do a collabo...Bitches Behind Bars....The Remix.

I hope you all are feeling great, living it up, loving life and just making it do wut it do!

Baby Hounsou?

So word has been floating around that KiKi Lee is preggers with Djimon's baby. The two of them are so luscious that the thought of them having a baby is almost drool worthy. Although I am a lil worried.....see, sometimes hot people don't make the prettiest babies. My babies Ming and Aoki are gorg because they have the fugly gene from their daddy. I think it is almost fact that two fugs absolutely ensure a hot one. A fug and a hot are like a 50/50 chance and could go either way (there was a minute I was worried about Aoki...) and two hot ones inexplicably will make a fug. I have my fingers crossed for Halle's baby too...
