So You Think You Can Dance? The Final Four

How does one say goodbye? Sigh....last night's SYTYCD was the final night of competition and I'm a lil sad. This recap is not like my other recaps. At this point, how many times can I say Courtney was cute and sexy and she was great, Twitch was fun and entertaining and worked it out, Katee is just out of control, and Joshua's booty pops make me wanna drop the mic? While I'm not talking about each dance - altho I will say that I wasn't as happy as I should have been with Katee and Courtney's Broadway routine there is one routine that I must discuss..... TWITCH AND JOSHUA! Their Russian routine was out of control! The costumes (they looked hilarious), the battle, and even the practice stuff before hand made it all so exciting! But let's just talk about it....these two are HOT 2 DEF! I was so thoroughly entertained. It was so fun! The high jumps, the floor work, the whatever all that stuff was....dynamic. Why should Twitch win? Technically he isn't the best dancer but what he lacks in technical skill he makes up for in personality, spirit, and presence. He makes you excited about him dancing, he makes you wanna dance with him, he makes dance fun. I think that is what dance should be. That is what a dancer should evoke from you. He is just so special. I'm like proud of him. He's definitely a friend in my head. I didn't expect Twitch to make it this far but I'm so happy that he has and if he won, I would be surprised but very happy. Why should Courtney win? Well she shouldn't and she won't but she's pretty, she's sexy when she needs to be, funky when she needs to be and just like they all do, she gives it her all. Courtney always gets an A+ for effort. Courtney worked hard to make it to the final 4 but she also got lucky being in the bottom two with Comfort. She got better throughout the show and each week I enjoyed watching her more and more. Why should Katee win? Because she's friggin AMAZING! Katee is one of those silent beasts. You have no idea that she is about to kill it until she gets moving. I completely underestimated her from the very beginning and she sure showed my ass. Katee is technically on point without being one of those "technical dancers". She makes her dancing look effortless and she makes each step look like its own piece of work. I get all caught up watching Katee. Like, I'm sad that the season is ending because I actually look forward to seeing what she is going to do each week. Watching Katee dance is better than a whole box of Hot & Spicy Cheez Its with a Strawberry slushie from Rita's. That means, Katee is off da damn chain and I luh her. If Katee wins I will absolutely re-enact all of her routines and put them on youtube...you ain't seen nothing til you seen my run and split leap in the air. Why should Joshua win? Because he will and he deserves it. Everything from Joshua's dimples, braces, perm, and luscious booty makes him absolutely adorable and just cute as he wants to be. Even more importantly, Joshua is a hip-hop dancer. A HIP-HOP DANCER! This man has danced his ass off, every genre of dance and KILLED it every time. He dances like its his last dance every time. I FEEL Joshua when he's dancing. You can see him workin that big ass off with every step and I for one, feel lucky to have witnessed his talent. He's funny, he's silly, he's built like a Gladiator with butt pads, and he rocks a pony. How can you not love him? He's been on point this whole season, he's showed that he can do anything, and I'm going to miss him. I truly believe Joshua will be the winner. The good thing is that if I'm wrong, I can be happy with whoever wins. Well, I might break something if Courtney wins. This season of So You Think You Can Dance has raised the bar for all seasons to come. I can't see how the next crew can top them. This has been such a fun, exciting, and deliciously talented group of dancers. Absolutely my favorite season. Comfort and all.
