Just For Giggles.....

So as I mentioned previously, Jamie Foxx did indeed get his 40th birthday on....later on in the evening he actually put a Saturday Night Fever suit on and hit up some spot for more celebration....but that is actually neither here nor there....what is of importance here is who is that Grimace looking chubster in the background with her mouth open with blue frosting (or something) all on her tongue and on the sides of her mouth looking at Jamie like he stole her cake when she know she just finished eating a slice bigger than his? Elle, is this the sister who may have a touch of the downs?
