I Vant To Pump....You Up!

Mkay....so I understand why athletes do the whole steroid thing. But I'm sitting down to enjoy my strawberry Eggos this morning and the little Entertainment news guy on my morning news starts rattling off names of entertainers involved in some steroid investigation. He said Timbaland and 50 cent....and I was like no wonder Timbo has been randomly enraged and of course, wearing a black tank top every chance he gets. But then he said Mary J. Blige? I almost choked on my OJ. Really??? Mary??? On the roids??? I mean she has been looking good lately....but why lord??? Then he said Tyler Perry....that's when I knew it had to be a joke. I mean, Mary could prolly beat Tyler's big how you doin ass without steroids. But the point is why? It just doesn't make any sense that people like Mary or Tyler would need to involve themselves in any way with steroids.

According to the article in the Times Union, a New York paper:
The names of R&B music star Mary J. Blige, along with rap artists 50 Cent, Timbaland and Wyclef Jean, and award-winning author and producer Tyler Perry, have emerged in an Albany-based investigation of steroids trafficking that has already rocked the professional sports world, according to confidential sources.

Information has surfaced recently showing those stars are among tens of thousands of people who may have used or received prescribed shipments of steroids and injectable human growth hormone in recent years.

I really hope this isn't true....you know they are finding every reason they can to send us to jail. I mean, how many of them baseball players have they found guilty or involved with steroids in some way and they haven't gone to jail (And I'm not even talking about how they harass Barry Bonds, but I'm talking bout Roger Clemens and those like him). YET, Marion Jones was found guilty and sentenced to 6 months in jail (even tho she is still nursing her baby).....Mary, I know you doin fine but they will lock your ass up too, boo.

Who cares if an entertainer recieves steroids. It doesn't help them rap or sing better (have you heard 50 cents and Timbaland's CD?). People are perscribed steroids for various reason. It clearly is nothing going on to report on in the news!
