Dreams Do Come True!!!

Fraggle Rock the movie is coming!!! I don't think I can even express how absolutely excited I am to learn this. I am actually beaming right now. My F.U. frown has literally turned half way crooked and may possibly be forming something known as a big ass cheesy grin!! First of all, I watched Fraggle Rock all day every day as a child and have been asking myself and the powers that be when will I ever get to see Mokey again? I mean do you remember Fraggle Rock?! Remember the man with the puppet dog named Sprocket? Those little blue things with hard hats that were building things out of plastic sticks? And those big puppet people who would try to catch Fraggles? And Red being the life of the party while Wembley was always all nervous and stuff?! And mokey was the sweet sensitive one that made everybody feel better and Gogo was the leader who was all smart and stuff? Oh those were the days when life was all about homework and Fraggle Rock. According to Variety: The Weinstein Co. will turn the Jim Henson series "Fraggle Rock" into a live-action musical feature. The movie will take the core characters Gogo, Wembley, Mokey, Boober and Red outside of their home in Fraggle Rock, where they interact with humans, which they think are aliens. The show premiered on HBO in 1983, ran five seasons and was broadcast in more than 80 countries.
