  Gabrielle Union may want to know her status (Star Jones may have had a taste too). It seems Dwayne Wade's wife has filed claim that Dwayne has abandoned his children AND he gave her a sexually transmitted disease. Siovaughn Wade, wife of Miami Heat guard Dwayne Wade, is claiming in divorce legal papers filed yesterday, that the NBA star has abandoned his children Zaire,7, and Zion,1. Siovaughn says although Dwayne was named a ”Father of the Year” in 2007 by the National Father’s Day Committee, he has gone ”months” without seeing his boys. Siovaughn says, his ”failure to spend time with them . . . has resulted in the children at times being afraid of him; in fact, Zion . . . does not recognize or know Dwayne.” Siovaughn also alleges that Dwayne has committed adultery, and infected her with an unspecified sexually transmitted disease(not HIV), from which she has suffered ”grievous physical, emotional and mental injury”. However, she has petitioned that “Dwyane must disclose the identity of all of his sexual partners during the parties’ marriage”. Dwayne petitioned for a divorce from Siovaughn last May. Dwayne’s attorney, James Pritikin, issued a statement: “These malicious allegations are absolutely false and we look forward to the opportunity to dispute them in court.” Siovaughn’s lawyer counters, ”A person’s public persona does not necessarily reflect his behavior in private,” Marcus adds. “Mrs. Wade is prepared to prove everything she alleges. And, medical records don’t lie.” Siovaughn is prolly really traumatized because she's been with Dwayne forever and prolly never imagined that he would leave her - even for the gorgeousness that is Gabrielle Union (I'm guessing not too many would be able to resist Gabby). And he was once prolly the nicest guy ever and now that he's rich and famous, he's prolly a complete asshole. She kinda had to know that would happen. I mean, it is rare when rich and famous people decide that they are still normal and that they are actually accountable for their actions and they aren't immune to real life. But as Siovaughn's lawyer's say....medical records don't lie and at least she'll be paid for her distress. Altho I bet she would rather just have her husband back. Sad, but such is life, eh? Source |

maybe its not him changing, maybe its her, "umma tell you like who told be cash rules everything around me, and she used to be the sweetest girl", fact is that money can change people, he has it, she probibly wants it for herself, i mean not for sure but you cant come down on him being as unsure as me, he met her when they were kids and she wasnt really attractive, then with his money probibly, she fixed herself up and now she lookin flyer than a BiH, so dont aoutmatically blame him beacuse just beacuse he is a fine young basketball player in miami doesnt mean that he has to be doin dirt, there still good people out in the world and Dwyane seems like one of them, i would never beleive that he would do that, and ive seen things where he is with his son and they seem to get along great and from all that ive seen of Wade, he seems like a great guy, not for sure, and not putting her down, but she probibly was devistated for him to leave her, i would be too, but this just seems like a way to get back at this "Father of the Year" who was invited to talk to teens about being a good father at the White House by Obama, kinda like a big deal.
