Women Hold Up Half The Sky

Today on Oprah, her guests were Nicholas D. Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn who are married co-authors of Half the Sky, a book that tells the stories of women all over the world in developing countries that suffer every minute - everything from being raped constantly, starved, electrocuted (literally by wires stuck in her) to not being allowed to work or go to school. As we obsess over why Tiger Woods crashed into a fire hydrant or how many sales we can hit up before Christmas, we should also just make sure we take time to see how we can help.
