Project Runway Finale: And The Winner Is....

MY POODLE CHRISTIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I knew he would be. I was soooooo happy for Christian because he wanted it so badly and he deserved it! I have to say, I have never been this pumped about Project Runway ever. These designers were all amazing but Rami, Jillian and Christian were most certainly the best of the best. I was truly in awe of their collections and I'm the bitch that doesn't give a damn about fashion. Seriously, I was really thinking how creatively genius you have to be not only to come up with the design but then actually make it so that people can wear it and it has to look good. Simply amazing. So in the finale episode, everyone is all nervous and jittery....well mostly, Christian. Tim had to ask him where the cocky fierce Christian is and he was like I don't know! He saw how great Rami and Jillian's clothes were looking and he really cared about what they thought about his work because he wanted them to know that he was most certainly their competition. There was casting, hair, make-up, Jillian didn't cast her models correctly, Christian had his models wearing shoes that they complained about but HE walked around in for months and told those bitches to suck it up and be fierce, and just all around drama that happens before a show. On the day of the show two of Christian's models were late and then one showed up like five mintues before the show was starting but she made it and the show began. Victoria Beckham aka Posh was the guest judge and a pan of the audience showed the designers from this season and seasons past....did ya'll see Jack with his new boo Dale from Top Chef? I love them together. Anyway, the order was as folllows: Jillian, Rami and Christian. Here were my favorite pieces from each collection. Jillian Rami Christian I really loved Jillian's pieces because they were all so pretty and wearable. But I agreed with the judges that she didn't really have a cohesive thought process so her collection was a mix and it was hard to tell what her message was. I thought Rami worked it! We knew his pieces would be feminine and gorgeous. I love that he understands and loves the female anatomy and he thinks about how beautiful a woman wants to be in her clothes. I loved that his pieces went from the boardroom to the ballroom. It sucks that second place isn't first. Christian...my poodle, who started crying before Heidi even announced that he won, put his everything into his collection and it was so obvious. I think it was absolutely over the top but it was done in such a way that it made me think about what I would look like if I had that on. More importantly, whether you can wear it or not, you just have to think about the craft, the detail, the thought, and the creativity that went into pulling that together. Flawless. Victoria Beckham loved Christian's line and even said that he made him smile, which is clearly something she doesn't do, and she said that she would love to wear any of his pieces. Talk about icing on the fierce cake. I am actually sad the season is over. I enjoyed these designers thoroughly. Even Ricky and the bitch who spits on her clothes to mark them. The talent is endless and I can't wait to see what they do next. Especially my poodle. Congrats Christian!!!
